Coronavirus (COVID-19) Status Update

To all of you on the front line protecting our community, we THANK YOU for all that you do!  You are unwavering and outstanding in the care you provide our community.

We have been closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).  We are taking precautions to help ensure the health and safety of our members and our staff while delivering the best member service experience possible during these unprecedented times. We are taking the following steps to reduce exposure to COVID-19.

Effective Monday, March 23, 2020 our hours of operation will be changing at all branch locations.

Our lobbies will be open from 7:15am until 1:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Wesley Long Hospital Notice - Only employees of Cone Health will be able to use the branch located inside Wesley Long Hospital

Moses Cone Hospital Notice – Please enter through the main entrance off Church Street (Parking A).  The hospital is screening all visitors at this time and masks are required to enter the hospital.

Reducing our hours of operation allows us to reduce and rotate our staff to minimize our exposure and continue to provide service to our members. We are removing the candy in our lobby and disinfecting our lobby throughout the day. While our lobby will be open, we are asking that only 2 members enter the lobby at one time. 

Here are some options for accessing your account: 

CONSUMER LOANS. In most situations, you can apply for a loan over the phone and sign your loan documents electronically. Just call 336-832-8119 option 1 to speak with a loan officer directly.

EMAIL. You can email us directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have any questions or concerns.

MORTGAGE LOANS. You can call our Mortgage Loan Specialist, Lindsay Calkins, directly at 336-404-9965, to apply for a mortgage or discuss mortgage options.

DEBIT CARD. You are able to withdrawal up to $600 per day through the ATM.  If you currently do not have a debit card with HealthShare, contact us today and we can order you a card. You are able to access Cash Point ATM’s throughout the state with no service charge.  http://www.nosurchargeatms.com/

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT. Download our mobile banking application from the Apple Store or Google Play. Through our mobile app or online banking platform, you can review your accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, review pending items, send a secure message to the credit union, deposit checks up to $3,000, find a shared branch location and review your eDocuments.

VISITNG A BRANCH. If you would like to visit a shared branch to perform a transaction on your account, please visit to find a branch near you. Most of the shared branches have opened up their drive-thru to guest members. We have over 5,000 branches across the United States. You will need your account number and driver’s license (photo id).

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FRAUD. Remember that HealthShare will never proactively call, email, or text you, asking you to provide confidential information, including your debit or account numbers. If you receive communications like these, do not respond – hang up or delete the email. This is a perfect time for scammers to take advantage of a serious situation. Don’t ever give out your personal information through the mail, email or phone.
